Shannon and I have a first single from a surprise new album project!

The project is called “80s kids” — we’re spending the year recording our own versions of some of our all-time favorite songs from our 80s childhood.

This is sort of surreal … “Good to Me” has the most upvotes of any song currently playing on 94.9 The Bridge?? Death Cab for Cutie is currently at #2 … we’re at #1. Wild.

There’s a commercial AAA radio station in Oregon called 94.9 The Bridge that’s started playing some of Shannon’s music over the last year, and they just added a brand new song off the new unreleased album! The song is called “Good to Me,” and it’s currently in the top 5 listener upvoted songs. How incredibly cool. We made this recording in our house. :)
